At around 9:23 p.m., the little boy was walking westbound across Regency Park Boulevard when he was struck by a 2018 or 2020 model Kawasaki Ninja 400 motorcycle going northbound on the same road, stated the FHP in a news release.

The FHP stated that it determined the make and model of the motorcycle due to the “evidence” that was recovered at the scene.
