Report: Disney guest accused of threatening guard over masks
ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Deputies say a 35-year-old man hit a security guard in the head and threatened to kill him at Epcot theme park when he was asked to follow Disney World’s mask rules.
An Orange County Sheriff’s arrest report says Enrico Toro was arrested Aug. 14 on misdemeanor battery charges.

Gov. DeSantis gives update on Florida theme parks amid pandemic
ORLANDO (WFLA) — Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis was in Orlando Tuesday for a round table discussion and press conference on theme parks.
The governor lead the conversation from Universal Studios. Representatives from Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld were at the round table.

Disney World to reduce theme park hours in September
(CNN) – Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, will reduce its operating hours starting Sept. 8.
According to the calendar on its website, Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios will shut down an hour earlier. Currently, Magic Kingdom is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and will soon close at 6 p.m. Hollywood Studios is currently open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and will soon close at 7 p.m.
