There are three vaccines approved under emergency use in the United States. All people ages 12 and up can now get the Pfizer vaccine, while those 18 years old and up can get the Moderna and Johnson and Johnson vaccine.
Vaccines are now widely available, in some locations without an appointment.

You must fill a screening and consent form (Moderna or Pfizer) before being vaccinated, and remember to bring a photo ID.

Citrus County
The Florida Department of Health in Citrus County (DOH-Citrus) is hosting various vaccination events. Locations and times can be found on the county’s Department of Health website.
The county is offering all three available vaccine brands.
Hernando County
There are currently no county-run vaccination events scheduled.
Hernando County residents can get vaccinated at any of the retail pharmacies listed above.

Hillsborough County
The Florida Department of Health in Hillsborough County is currently hosting targeted, on-site vaccination events in coordination with businesses, community and faith-based organizations.

Manatee County
A walk-up vaccination and testing site is operating at Palmetto Bus Station (click link for directions) on weekdays from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
No appointments are necessary.
